{"id":6375,"date":"2023-05-05T12:41:53","date_gmt":"2023-05-05T12:41:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/colegiopsimza.org.ar\/?p=6375"},"modified":"2026-07-31T18:48:45","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T21:48:45","slug":"eleccion-de-la-junta-electoral","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.umdev.com.ar\/psiweb20\/2023\/05\/05\/eleccion-de-la-junta-electoral\/","title":{"rendered":"Elecci\u00f3n de la Junta Electoral"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La Junta Electoral est\u00e1 compuesta por:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3 Miembras\/os Titulares y 3 Suplentes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Las\/os miembras\/os titulares de la Junta Electoral , reciben un estipendio mensual por su funci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #03a56a\"><b>Requisitos:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Matr\u00edcula Vigente y Colegiaci\u00f3n al d\u00eda. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">No integrar ninguno de los \u00f3rganos del Colegio ( es decir, no ser miembra\/o en ejercicio de Sindicatura, Tribunal de \u00c9tica o Consejo Directivo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #03a56a\">IMPORTANTE PARA LA ACEPTACI\u00d3N DEL CARGO<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ser Miembra\/o de la Junta, reviste una funci\u00f3n importante, considerada por la ley como obligatoria, desde el punto de vista de su naturaleza jur\u00eddica es una \u201ccarga p\u00fablica\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Como consecuencia una vez aceptado el cargo por la\/el Colegiada\/o, s\u00f3lo se puede excusar por enfermedad o ausencia de la Provincia con previa justificaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, conforme Art. 48 Ley 8376.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #0468be\"><strong>MODALIDAD DE ELECCI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es por medio de sorteo entre las\/os Colegiadas\/os asistentes en la Asamblea Extraordinaria, en este caso esta convocada para el<\/span><b> martes 23 de mayo &#8211; 18 hs.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #0468be\">Si tienes alguna consulta y\/o inquietud sugerimos consultar el<\/span> <span style=\"color: #421e6d\"><strong><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" style=\"color: #421e6d\" href=\"https:\/\/www.umdev.com.ar\/psiweb20\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/02-O_15ReglamentoElectoral.pdf\">Reglamento Electoral<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Junta Electoral est\u00e1 compuesta por: 3 Miembras\/os Titulares y 3 Suplentes.
